Essential Qualifications:
- Valid FAA A&P License.
Conduct a range of maintenance activities on assigned aircraft and associated systems.
This includes, but is not limited to, tasks such as removing and installing panels and components, performing repair work, and executing sheet metal repairs or installations.
Carry out aircraft mechanic responsibilities that necessitate a high level of expertise, including mentoring junior technicians and troubleshooting repairs.Inspect, disassemble, and evaluate engines, parts, or other components for signs of wear, warping, fractures, leaks, or other discrepancies. Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, utilizing hand tools and power tools.
Service and maintain aircraft systems by executing tasks such as flushing crankcases, cleaning screens, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting brakes.
Repair, replace, and reconstruct aircraft structures, functional components, and parts, including wings and fuselage, rigging, and hydraulic units.Test engine and system functionalities using diagnostic equipment, and listen to engine sounds to identify and diagnose issues.
Remove or install engines from aircraft using hoists or forklifts.
Disassemble or modify aircraft structures, systems, or components, adhering to drawings, engineering orders, and technical documentation.
Interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to assess the feasibility and methods for repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.Maintain and repair shop facilities, equipment, and tools as necessary.
Work independently on projects when required.
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
Associate's Degree in Aviation Technology is preferred, along with specific training for aircraft models.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of current experience in maintaining, inspecting, servicing, and repairing corporate aircraft.
Compliance:
Must possess a valid driver's license and US Passport (preferred); successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is required; ongoing employment necessitates participation and compliance with the Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program, which includes random testing.
Initiative:Self-driven, capable of working independently while maintaining a swift pace.
Quality-focused.
Responsibilities:
Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.

De-fueling aircraft,
Engine removal/installations,
Operating ground support equipment,
Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components
Aircraft movement and assistance in performance runs/taxiing
Maintenance and repair of shop facilities, equipment, and tools
Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases
Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Physical Demands:
Routine standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, or stooping.
Manual work involves routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
Work is conducted in a hangar environment subject to extreme temperature variations from very cold to very hot.
