  • Budget & Cost Management
    • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
    • Identify and address potential cost overruns or delays.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all glazing work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
    • Conduct inspections and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Client Relations
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 plus years experience as a Project manager
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glass glazing or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
