Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of residents to identify their nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide education and counseling to residents and their families on healthy eating habits, nutrition, and meal planning.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to ensure that residents receive evidence-based care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible (with DI Verification Statement)
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Salary:** $70,000 - $75,000 annually
