Job Summary:

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Float Pool team. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to adults and geriatric patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients in a locked psychiatric unit

Administer medications and treatments as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Current MA RN licensure required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred

Current American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers BLS certification required

1 year previous mental health experience in a locked unit strongly preferred
