Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Wind Turbine Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and installation work on wind turbines under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and installation work on wind turbines, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Work above ground, in tight spaces, outdoors in varying weather conditions, carrying tools, and collaborating with a team.
  • Engage in technical problem-solving, manage budgets, promote efficiency, and handle customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with a team to ensure safe behaviors and a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field, such as wind energy or mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge of wind turbines and 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), and Advanced Rescue Training (ART) certifications from the Global Wind Organization (GWO).
