Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and utilize provided safety equipment as necessary.
- Monitor daily cash activity and balances, forecast future cash requirements, and prepare bank reconciliations ensuring alignment with the general ledger.
- Track and report on capital expenditure.
- Prepare and record all journal vouchers accurately.
- Maintain and report on prepaid and accrued balances.
- Match invoices with receiving documents, record expenses in the appropriate general ledger accounts, and manage invoice payments according to terms.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
- Prepare and verify related party transaction balances, ensuring coordination with all involved parties.
- Maintain records for Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the Controller to prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
- Prepare the annual audit binder and tax package.
- Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) standard cost roll-up.
- Handle system vendor management, 1099 processing, and annual 1099 filings.
- Manage monthly sales and use tax filings and annual report filings, including property tax and BEA filings.
- Work closely with external auditors.
- Cross-train in other positions as necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong knowledge and experience in general accounting functions.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Adaptability to accommodate reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
