Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy of forecasts in CRM provided by regional sales teams, understanding the latest business assumptions and competitive situations. They will oversee the execution of the booking process, ensuring timely completion of various required documents, including PO collection from sales teams and internal approvals of special commercial documents. Additionally, they will lead product configuration reviews for each order's forecast with sales teams, engineering, and global operations, communicate customer special configuration requests using the NSR (Non-Standard Request) process, and act as a key liaison between engineering teams.

What You'll Do:
As a member of the Global Customer Operations Group, you will lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. You will plan, manage, and control the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group, or team, bringing expertise or identifying subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership, and compliance with procedures. You will advise business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration, and resource application, ensuring that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function is also a critical aspect of this role.

Key Liaison:
As a key liaison between engineering teams, you will communicate customer special configuration requests using the NSR (Non-Standard Request) process, ensuring that engineering teams understand the request and requested timeline. You will also conduct consistent meetings to review customer shipments with global operations at various factories to ensure schedule and progress are up to date, resolving issues and escalating to leadership as necessary. Regular communication with sales teams on the latest shipment status and issues is also essential to ensure alignment.

Leadership Experience:
We are looking for a leader with CFT leadership experience and 7-10 plus years of semiconductor industry experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in process improvement initiatives and team management. They will be responsible for communicating customer special configuration requests using the NSR (Non-Standard Request) process, acting as a key liaison between engineering teams and ensuring that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
