The primary responsibility of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to efficiently manage, prioritize, and fulfill resident service requests and unit turnovers. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in apartment maintenance along with a diverse skill set, including expertise in electrical work, carpentry, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that service requests and turnovers are completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain an accurate log of outstanding service requests and provide daily updates to the Property Manager.
  • Keep the maintenance workspace organized and tidy.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for urgent maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to procure necessary parts and materials.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in plumbing.
  • Experience in electrical and carpentry tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
