We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Inland Real Estate Group LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of our communities, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the leasing process with prospective tenants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to future tenants and current residents, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Guide clients through tours, the application process, and close sales, ensuring maximized occupancy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and current client history, providing valuable insights for future engagement.
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of resident concerns and requests.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and support groups to coordinate the on-going maintenance of the property, ensuring a high level of community appearance and resident satisfaction.
- Assist with training on-site staff to achieve operational goals, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong sales and/or leasing experience, with a proven track record of success.
- High-level interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high energy and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform entry to intermediate level mathematical functions without additional personnel assistance.
- National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification desired.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends if requested.
