We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Inland Real Estate Group LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of our communities, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the leasing process with prospective tenants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to future tenants and current residents, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.
  • Guide clients through tours, the application process, and close sales, ensuring maximized occupancy and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and current client history, providing valuable insights for future engagement.
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of resident concerns and requests.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and support groups to coordinate the on-going maintenance of the property, ensuring a high level of community appearance and resident satisfaction.
  • Assist with training on-site staff to achieve operational goals, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong sales and/or leasing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • High-level interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high energy and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform entry to intermediate level mathematical functions without additional personnel assistance.
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification desired.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends if requested.
