Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities.
  • Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Organize and administer individualized age-specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects the dignity and autonomy of patients and families.
Requirements
  • Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
  • BLS certification through American Heart Association.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
