Job Summary
B Business Support Services of Salem is seeking a highly skilled court reporter to provide verbatim recording services for Social Security hearings held by the Office of Hearings Operations (OHO).

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate recording equipment to ensure accurate capture of testimony during hearings
- Produce complete and accurate transcripts/recording of administrative hearings
- Gather and distribute exhibits and supporting materials as needed
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operation of hearings
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Ability to operate various office equipment, including copiers and fax machines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location.
