Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Newmarket, NH location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take incoming requests for fuel deliveries and service appointments
  • Assist with billing and payment questions
  • Open new accounts
  • Prepare price protection and budget pay contracts
  • Educate customers on products and services
  • Resolve customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent phone demeanor
  • Strong computer, math, and writing skills
  • A graduate of a post-secondary education is preferred, but not required
