Job Summary:
\TAL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Oncology Physician Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in our inpatient oncology department. As a member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with physicians and other professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

\The successful candidate will have a strong background in medicine, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering compassionate care. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing timely and effective interventions to support patients and families.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences\
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, gathering information from multiple sources to inform diagnoses and interventions\
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and care coordination\
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards of practice\
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to process enhancements and system improvements\
- Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues\
Requirements:

- Graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field\
- NCCPA certification and New York State licensure\
- 4+ years of experience in inpatient oncology or related field\
