Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Colorado Springs, CO store. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide top-notch customer service, utilize our proprietary consultative process, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers using our consultative process to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our store.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our team-based initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet administrative goals and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use all store equipment, including Point of Sale System, time clock system, and PC.
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
