Job Description

We are offering a unique opportunity for experienced CDLA drivers to join our team as Local Flatbed Drivers. This role involves hauling steel products on a flatbed trailer, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a flatbed trailer to transport steel products to various locations within a 250-mile radius of our plant.
  • Ensure all loads are properly secured and delivered on time, while maintaining a safe and efficient driving record.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience, with a valid CDL A license.
  • Current DOT physical card and a clean driving record, with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
