About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to drive new product delivery, maintain operational gains, and accelerate continuous improvement projects at Valentine Recruiting. As a Process Engineer, you will work collaboratively with multiple disciplines to improve daily productivity and support rapid growth and new products. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining documentation, procedures, and processes to standardize manufacturing operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive manufacturing process readiness for new product introductions.
  • Champion continuous improvement activities to increase yield, throughput, and productivity in multiple manufacturing lines.
  • Work with Product Development and other teams to analyze and resolve product or process issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and processes to standardize manufacturing operations.
  • Design and acquire fixturing, tools, and equipment to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Audit operations processes for operator compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Excellent mechanical, electronics, and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of electronics and assembly industry best-practices.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and balance conflicting priorities.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Strong aptitude for and ability to troubleshoot computers and software.
  • Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment and Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Experience with PCBA manufacturing, injection molding, radio technologies, gas detection, and metalwork preferred.
  • Data acquisition and analysis experience using databases preferred.
