Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and recommending process changes and plant projects to improve plant HSE, reliability, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in an industrial production facility in the role of plant engineer or other similar plant operations role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform process troubleshooting and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend process changes and plant projects to improve plant HSE, reliability, and efficiency
  • Partner with the Reliability Center to execute predictive and preventive maintenance to eliminate catastrophic failures and unplanned maintenance
  • Manage, schedule, and execute certain maintenance activities for the site
