Position Summary:
The Automotive Service Technician will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify and analyze quality concerns.
2. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance as necessary.
3. Assist Engineering with specialized studies and projects.
4. Engage with various departments, including Fast Feedback, Safety Office, and Parts Return Center, to proactively identify quality issues.
5. Work alongside PQRC Engineers to investigate and resolve quality problems.
6. Participate in Quality Engineering assessments and vehicle warranty repairs.
7. Execute vehicle quality and reliability audits, documenting any identified issues.
8. Diagnose and perform repairs on corporate vehicles.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- ASE certification and/or State License required.
- A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in a dealership setting is highly preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
