Responsibilities
  • Provide group, individual, and family therapy sessions to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with relevant licensure
  • State licensure per state requirements
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
