Job Title: Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and creative Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. You will work with a diverse client base, utilizing industry-recognized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
