About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Consultants for Children, Inc. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs in home, school, or community settings
  • Observe and collect data on child behavior
  • Teach child specific behavior skills as outlined in the treatment plan
  • Attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Maintain clear communication and professional boundaries
Requirements
  • Patience and ability to interact well with active children
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a therapy team member and independently
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Abide by the RBT ethics code
  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean background and positive references
  • Ability to lift 40lbs, run, kneel, stand, play, and more
