Job Title: Behavioral Consultant for Children with Autism

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Consultant to deliver clinical skills training and behavior reduction strategies based on ABA principles to children with autism and related disabilities in various settings, guided by a BCBA. The successful candidate will also play a key role in training new staff, coordinating team communication, managing client data, and providing necessary support and materials to help clients reach their potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assess client needs and develop tailored behavior programs under BCBA guidance
  • Provide on-site supervision to therapy teams and monitor client progress
  • Adjust therapy plans, track outcomes, and collaborate on individual education plans (IEP)
  • Conduct training for families, schools, and provide ongoing ABA education

**Requirements**

  • BCaBA certification
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with children and families
  • Physical capabilities: lifting (up to 40lbs), physical activities, etc.
