We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Keyholder to join our team at Southern Tide in Sag Harbor, NY. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in assisting with the daily operations of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and safeguarding store assets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers, suggesting merchandise, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist with sales floor operations, including maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Learn and utilize our point-of-sale software system to process transactions, manage inventory, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Participate in store-related meetings and work towards exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.
- Identify opportunities to grow and improve the business, including ideas for merchandising, staffing, and store operations.
- Safeguard store assets and maintain the integrity of inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
