Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to:
    • Attention to detail
    • Review and familiarize with product catalogs and procedures
    • Meet and greet customers
    • Review requisition forms for accuracy
    • Answer questions regarding part availability
    • Inform customers of part availability
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions
    • Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents
    • Perform weekly inventory cycle counts
    • Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories
  • Parts Procurement
    • Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts
    • Provide company documentation to vendors as required
    • Review invoices for accuracy
    • Return products to Mancon location in a timely fashion
Requirements
  • 1 year computer experience
  • 24-hour availability
  • Valid Drivers License with two years driving experience
  • P1 or P2 ASE Certification or 5 years procurement experience with auto or heavy duty truck parts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Delivery Driver experience
  • Inventory experience
  • Obtain and maintain a forklift license
Physical Requirements

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Essential Requirements: Driving, Lifting, Reaching, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Walking

Physical Requirements Other: Work is mostly performed in storerooms and warehouses which may have uncontrolled temperatures and dirt/dust/damp conditions. Work is also performed in vehicles traveling to sites.
