The Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery Part-Time Night Shift position at Tenet Healthcare Corporation is a critical role that requires a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within 30 days of start date.
- NRP certification.
- Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification within 30 days of start date.
- 1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical or Labor and Delivery.
- BSN degree.
