Bartender - Mixology Expert

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Cheesecake Factory. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and continuously bend, reach, and twist
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
