Bartender - Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at SSP Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

• Process orders and enter them accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Receive payment from customers and process change.
• Serve a wide variety of cold, frozen, and hot drinks, as well as food items, to guests.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day.
• Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop the work area, and dust and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• One year of bartending experience, including certification by a state, federal, or local training program.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with guests and take orders.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand weights and measurements.
• Brand certification as required.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures to pre-check and order, and close out a check.
• Ability to work and stand in confined spaces for long periods of time.
