We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work with a team of clinicians to help patients achieve their goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
Responsibilities- Provide treatment for conservative and post-operative orthopedic conditions, post-offer employment testing, and functional capacity evaluations.
- Work with a team of clinicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source.
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
- Promoting continuous quality improvement.
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
