Nurse Opportunities at DAVITA

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chronic Registered Nurse to join our team As a key member of our dialysis care team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

  • We offer excellent training programs for new graduate RNs.
  • You will work in an outpatient setting, building long-term relationships with patients while overseeing their care alongside support staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule and includes building long-term relationships with patients while overseeing their care alongside support staff.

  • You will oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
  • You will work closely with your head, heart, and hands each day in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • You might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not required: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience.
