Job Summary

In this role, you will work with patients suffering from end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, overseeing their treatment while collaborating with a supportive team. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A current nursing license in good standing.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
