Join Our Team:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader in Pediatric Trauma to join our team at Children's Minnesota. As a Trauma Care Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating comprehensive care for trauma patients from resuscitation to discharge.

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor trauma patient care
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives

Requirements:
  • PAA-C or APRN licensure (MN Medical Board license required)
  • Current ATLS, BLS, and PALS certification
  • Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
  • At least 2 years advanced practice trauma clinical experience
