Job Overview:
As a Trauma Care Specialist at Children's Minnesota, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care for critically injured children. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Trauma Program.

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary management and consultation on trauma issues
  • Develop and implement clinical standards for pediatric trauma care
  • Serve as liaison between Trauma Surgical Services and other departments
  • Participate in Performance Improvement process

Qualifications:
  • PAA-C or APRN licensure (MN Medical Board license required)
  • Current ATLS, BLS, and PALS certification
  • Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
  • At least 2 years advanced practice trauma clinical experience
