Pediatric Physical Therapist

Mentor South Bay is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. As a member of our Early Childhood Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to children and families in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate treatment and implement services for assigned clients, including outreach visits.
- Consult with team members to develop individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clients.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records, including IFSPs, assessment of client functioning, and goals.
- Document client progress, required contact with collaterals and family members, and DPH forms and regulations.
- Complete billing documentation according to the company's established schedule.
- Adhere to professional standards and guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and remain compliant with billing and documentation.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete records, and to document client progress and billing information.
