Key Responsibilities- Perform general nursing procedures, behavior management, and direct care as dictated by the individuals' health and behavioral care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individual Support Plans and contribute to the overall care and well-being of our residents.
- Provide leadership and oversight to Direct Support Professionals and Certified Nursing Assistants as needed.
- Ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and schedules established by your supervisor.
- Report any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse in accordance with the law and program policies.
- Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving history.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Possess and maintain a valid, active license from the State of California to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Human Services field.
