Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic therapist or social worker to join our Northbrook team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
- License or certification as a therapist or social worker (or in-process of obtaining)
- Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours)
- Weekend availability (for the first year of employment)
