Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Northbrook team. As a therapist with Inspire, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Our team is committed to providing exceptional client service, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and passion for helping others.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with our intake team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
- License or certification as a therapist (e.g. MSW, LSW, LPC, MFT, LCPC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LSW, PhD, PMHNP)
- Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours)
- Weekend availability (for the first year of employment)
- Experience with counseling and life experience
- Panels with BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Humana, Aetna
