Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Implement and maintain Single-Sign-On (SSO) solutions that meet DHS standards and infrastructure.
  • Monitor and analyze Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, such as Splunk, SolarWinds, and Change Auditor.
  • Manage Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and O365 environments, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Implement and maintain virtualization software, such as Nutanix or VMware, and Storage Area Network (SAN) solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and As-Is documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT systems at the senior level.
  • Associate's degree or higher in an IT-related field.
  • Minimum 1 technical certification, such as MCSA or MCSE, Azure or M365, VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), or Nutanix certified%-DCV.
  • Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
