About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the freezer, cooler, and deli areas.
  • Restock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at the correct height.
  • Process customer transactions, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
