Main Duties:

  • Perform jewelry repairs, polishing, and soldering tasks as needed.

  • Provide product information and knowledge to guests using in-store tools and training.
  • Prepare sales for gift presentation by boxing and wrapping items.
  • Achieve individual key performance metrics and contribute to store-wide goals.
  • Assist store management in maintaining a high level of store presentation and meeting company standards.
  • Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
