Job Description
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Cardiology team, specializing in Pulmonary Hypertension care. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with PH, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Work closely with cardiologists, pulmonologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in PH management.

Requirements
- Master's or DNP degree in nursing or physician assistant studies.
- Current certification as an FNP or ANP, or current PA certification by NCCPA.
- Eligibility for DEA registration and billing privileges.
