Job Description

F&M Trust is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a wide range of transactions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to current and new customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Recommend bank products and services that meet the needs of our customers, while adhering to our sales and service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, sales, and/or cash handling experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly.
