Job Description

F&M Trust, a full-service financial institution, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Associate to join our team at the Carlisle Crossing Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a wide range of transactions for our consumer and business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to current and new customers, responding to their financial needs and inquiries.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Recommend and promote bank products and services that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and skills, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate, starting at $16-$18 per hour.
