Job Summary
Central City Concern is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Occupancy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Occupancy & Compliance team, you will be responsible for maximizing physical and financial utilization of our housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage waitlists and process applications for available units
- Prepare residential leases and addenda
- Coordinate Section 8 subsidies and tenant move-ins
- Assist with rent collections and maintain accurate records
- Work with property managers and resident services to sustain successful tenancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- One year of property management experience; two years of related experience with direct customer service experience
- Direct experience with LIHTC tenant certification preferred
- Familiarity with Oregon Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing Laws
