GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Collaboration

  • Adheres to supervisor directives and supports fellow team members in executing store operations.
  • Participates in the training of new store personnel.
Customer Service
  • Exhibits consultative behaviors in a retail setting to comprehend each customer's unique needs.
  • Offers expertise in printing, signage, and shipping services, recommending appropriate FedEx Office products.
  • Delivers an outstanding customer service experience by anticipating needs, suggesting alternatives, and providing solutions.

  • Processes complex customer orders accurately using order systems.
  • Prepares items for shipping by assembling parcels, weighing packages, and affixing labels.
  • Operates printing and binding equipment using customer-supplied materials.

Financial Responsibility
  • Safeguards customer data and handles documents and packages with care.
  • Processes transactions using a Point of Sale terminal, including cash handling.
  • Maintains and stocks all retail equipment and supplies for optimal performance.
  • Stays informed on merchandising materials and ensures proper product display.
  • Takes proactive measures to minimize errors and waste.
  • Completes necessary financial documentation and assists with reporting as needed.
  • Adheres to operational procedures and complies with legal, HR, safety, and security policies.
Self-Management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
