We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Director/Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and behavioral support skills.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Care: Provide direct support services to program participants, modeling appropriate strategies and promoting learning opportunities.
- Staff Supervision and Program Leadership: Assist with supervising staff, lead teams by example, and facilitate innovative problem-solving.
- ISP and Care Plan Implementation: Implement ISP/Support Plans and strategies, monitor data collection, and prepare written progress notes.
- Crisis Management: Respond effectively to potential safety hazards and emergencies, maintain a clean and safe environment, and model therapeutically appropriate support strategies.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with managing participants' funds, operational budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prior direct care experience strongly preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency.
- Able to communicate effectively verbally, non-verbally, visually, and in writing.
- Basic budgeting and mathematical skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate tact, good judgment, and initiative in interactions with participants, peers, family members, and other stakeholders.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification, or completion within 6 months of hire.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
