Job Description

Soles Electric Company is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to join a team of experienced professionals.

This position requires strong CNC programming and operating skills, as well as manual lathe and mill operation experience.

  • Program and operate a CNC Lathe
  • Manual lathe and mill operation
  • Troubleshoot quality or performance issues with CNC operation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years CNC Programming experience
  • Experience with Fanuc strongly preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints/planning documents to determine product specs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Active driver's license and ability to pass a background and drug screen

Key Responsibilities:

Design and program CNC machine operations

Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently

Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine issues

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
