Machinist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Machinist Specialist for our Fairmont, NC facility to develop, implement and control all machining processes to produce and fabricate machined products.

This position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Developing and implementing new machining processes to improve product quality and reduce production time.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of production data, including machine performance, tooling, and supply inventory.

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. An Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent certification is also required.
