Job Description
This Senior Civil Project Engineer position requires a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of experience at the Project Manager level with DOT projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with expertise in DOT design methods, plan preparation, standards, and specifications. This individual will lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities will include preparing and modifying reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental studies, and designs for projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for evaluating the need for design changes and making recommendations accordingly. As a technical liaison with clients, they will coordinate technical efforts within discipline areas and consult with construction personnel concerning design constructability. Attending onsite and offsite client meetings will also be a crucial aspect of this role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and possess proficiency in MicroStation and GeoPAK software. They must also be able to multi-task in a team environment and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000.
