About the Role: ESP Associates is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead our Land Development team in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design development process, preparing contract documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering land development, infrastructure design, and project management. You will work closely with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on new challenges, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our company.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and education reimbursement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage design development, prepare contract documents, and coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction.
  2. Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
