Empower is seeking a talented Financial Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of our Empower Personal Wealth sales team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their long-term financial goals.

What You Will Do
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on available account options for their retirement savings goals, including 401K and IRA products.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans to help customers achieve their financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their financial well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to customers.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a financial services role.
  • Current FINRA licenses and/or ability to obtain within corporate-established timelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A motivated and self-starting individual, with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Base Salary Range

$52,000.00 - $64,000.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
